Policy Division
The Policy Division develops, manages, oversees, and evaluates the BEP's acquisition policy, directives, and procedures. The division also manages the Office of Acquisition's Procurement Performance Management Program that includes administering procurement measurement tools, management effectiveness assessments, and delegating procurement authority and responsibility.

Other areas of responsibility include providing support and expert advice to the Chief, Office of Acquisition and coordinating procurement reporting requirements and conducting studies, pilots, and other analyses to improve business practices and effectiveness of Office of Acquisition activities.
